Easy POS Docs - Users & Roles
Easy POS runs on top of standard Frappe/ERPNext users, roles, and permissions — there is no separate user system to manage.
- Create and manage users the normal way, through the Frappe Desk (
/app/user). - Assign each cashier to the POS Profile(s) they're allowed to use.
- Standard ERPNext role-based permissions on Sales Invoice, Customer, and related doctypes continue to apply underneath the POS UI.
Dedicated in-app user management is on the roadmap for a future release — until then, use the Frappe Desk.
