Does Easy POS replace ERPNext's built-in POS? It's an alternative checkout screen for the same data — Sales Invoices, Customers, and POS Profiles are ERPNext's own doctypes, so nothing about your existing ERPNext setup changes underneath it.

Do I need ERPNext installed? Yes — Easy POS reuses ERPNext's Sales Invoice, Customer, and POS Profile doctypes as its system of record.

Can I use Easy POS offline? Not yet. The current release is online-only; see Offline & Sync (Preview) and the Roadmap.

A payment mode I added to the POS Profile isn't showing up at checkout. Payment modes are read live from the POS Profile's Payments table — make sure the mode was saved on the profile, and that the profile is assigned to the signed-in user.

Can two cashiers share the same till/session? Every shift (Opening/Closing Entry) is scoped to the cashier who opened it — each cashier should open their own shift, even on a shared till.
