Easy POS Docs - Receipt Delivery (Email / SMS)
A POS Profile can be configured with a pre-set Email notification and/or SMS notification to send automatically once a sale completes — no manual "resend receipt" step needed.
Delivery uses your Frappe site's existing email queue and SMS gateway configuration; if a notification isn't configured, or if sending fails for any reason, the sale still completes normally — receipt delivery never blocks checkout.
WhatsApp delivery is not implemented today.
